Eligibility for studentships

Who is eligible for EPSRC studentship funding?

UK and EU students with qualifying residence in the UK are eligible for full-cost awards

Non-UK students from the EU who do not have qualifying residence are eligible for fees-only awards.

What if I am not eligible for EPSRC funding - can I still join the CDT?

Non-EU student and others who are not awarded EPSRC studentship may be eligible to join the course if they can secure alternative funding. For example, the University offers full and partial awards through the Cambridge Trusts and other schemes (NB some of these deadlines may now be in the past for 2016 entry). If you have a full award from another source, please consult the contact at the CDT you are interested in.

Academic requirements

These may vary between CDTs - please refer to the individual CDT websites.
