The Centre for Language and Inter-Communication delivers interactive workshops on intercultural communication and unconscious bias for the CDT students.

Intercultural communication

• Discuss cultural preferences for working.
• Develop self-awareness of your working preferences.
• Learn strategies for developing the right skills that will help you develop cultural intelligence.

Unconscious bias

• Explore the nature of biases
• Learn about the origins of stereotypes
• Discover strategies to outsmart bias

The workshops are provided twice a year and are targetted at CDT students in their second year of study.
